Full comprehensive pre service, we insist on this as we get told time and time again that a bike has been serviced and then we end up on the back foot from day one. It also allows us to get familiar with your bike and pre organise all you cables and spares for during the race.
This way we can get through any issues much faster when the heat is on and also deliver you a trouble free ride from day one.
We treat your bike as if we were racing it ourselves! Bring your bike straight to us and we clean and service them on a daily basis. If the weather is foul we are prepared to completely overhaul if needed.
We ask you not to clean your bike after the stage as it most often ends up creating more work for us. Anton is the worlds best bike washer and we are totally gear for washing!
The Gear Change aims to create a meeting point and environment for you to hang out and recover after the stage and hopefully share your war stories with us and fellow competitors. We will have some snacks and refreshments available all the time for you to replenish fluids and nutrients. We will also be able to assist should you have any special dietary needs. We endeavor to have a fresh pot of coffee on at all times!
We will have plenty of shade from sun and rain depending in on what gets thrown at us.

Parts & Shipping
All lubricants, cables and sealants are included in the package, any parts or bearings will be billed separately.
We have a very good logistics partner and can move your bike to and from the race at a nominal extra charge should you wish.
Any unpacking and packing of bikes will be included in the service package.
We only secure the package on payment. All packages must be paid for in full prior to the event.
Should you have the misfortune to fall ill or not be able to finish we will NOT be able to transfer your package to another rider.
As we can only deliver on a limited amount of packages and have to be fully prepared logistically last minute cancellations will not be refunded. Cancellations more than 10 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund unlsess you can find a substitute to tae on your package. Substitutions must be made no later than 10 days prior to the start of the race.
